not sure what to say about this is its probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in it should be deemed a Back packers hostel as never in 25 years of traveling have I ever had a single bed in a hotel and I booked and paid for a comfort but apparently thats considered a economy single. And it gets worse my room literally had one power point and the lighting in the room was about as bad as it gets. The bathroom not even sure what to say about it. Advice remove the Boutique hotel and replace it with a motel.

Arrived early and thought would wait in the bar for our room to be ready. Was pleasantly surprised it was ready. . Room was clean and tidy with a coffee machine with pods and free water. Air con was a god send as temperatures reached 30's. Small downside , although clean bathroom with shower gel and body lotion provided the shower was tiny, just enough room to move round. You had to use you room key to use the lift and signs up saying no noise after 10pm or maybe fined. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold options Would recommend.

Avoid this hotel. We booked a 4 night stay. The air con doesn’t work and with it being 23 degrees outside at 2am you need a window open. The bar across the street stays open very late and is very noisy. Today my daughters room has had no electricity. Yes they fix it but the fix lasts 10 minutes. The final straw was coming back from dinner to find men drinking on the steps of the hotel with a bag full of beers and 3 of them urinating against the hotel. When I complained I was told they were staying at the hotel so there was nothing they can do and what did I expect it was a Saturday night. I’ve been to Düsseldorf many times and there are plenty of hotels to choose from so avoid this one! I certainly will do in the future!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights in August. It is Central to the Main Station about a 5min walk. Only staff we had contact with was Reception,efficient and friendly. The room we stayed in was very small,bathroom also very small,but over all comfortable and clean. Bar area is nice. Overall its handy for a short break as its central,we were only there to sleep and shower so didnt want any other services really so cant comment on anything else really.

I stayed here again for three nights last week, and was really looking forward to it. I was warmly welcomed and speedily checked in to a lovely quiet room which was very clean and comfortable, as always. All the rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard, as is the rest of the Hotel. The location is perfect for me, and all the staff are so very polite, helpful and friendly. Thank you Lana, Elleni and everyone at the Leonardo boutique Hotel for a lovely stay. See you all again next year x
